Zero Trust for Fun and Profit: A Workshop for MSPs

  • Course
  • 12 Lessons

Zero Trust embodies modern security technology and operational best practices. However, it’s not always obvious how Zero Trust can improve MSP internal security posture, as well as drive new revenue from customers. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to best design and implement Zero Trust inside your MSP (the fun part), as well as how to best position and package it for your specific customer base (the profit part).

Additional Information

This course gives you a practical way to decide how Zero Trust fits your MSP, based on attributes of both your MSP and your customer base. Through a series of short exercises, you’ll apply this model to your own business and leave with a customized "game plan” for how to adopt Zero Trust internally, how to position Zero Trust with customers and prospects, and the most effective way to take this to market for increased revenue.

Exercises and takeaway tools include a Zero Trust readiness assessment and maturity evaluation, guidance on program design, and approaches for roadmap planning. After attending this workshop, you'll be ready to start executing a Zero Trust program in your MSP for both stronger internal security and new customer-facing services.

Total course length: approximately 90 minutes of recorded videos, plus exercises.
